Transfers
Pupils entering the Saucon Valley School District for the first time should be registered at the building they will be attending. A transfer card from their former school district should be presented along with immunization records. Academic records will be requested from the previous district as soon as the child is admitted.
If a child is moving from our District, the parent should notify the School Office of the withdrawal date as well as the name and address of the new school the child will be attending. A transfer card and immunization record will be given to parents to present to the authorities in his or her new school. This card must be picked up in the School Office on the last day of attendance. Parents are also asked to sign a Release-of-Records Statement so that the child’s records may be forwarded to the new district.
